The location is top, the rooms were well cleaned everyday, the breakfast was exceptional and the staff helpful. In the restaurant Mr. Jailson look after us well and made our 2 weeks stay a pleasure. The staff provided us the requested room without any problem. The sourdough pizza made daily at the hotel was a delight.

Very well located, just one street from Av Paulista. Great option for business travelers. Breakfast has a lot of options. The bar and the restaurant have a good menu. WiFi was okay-ish. The team tab to e front desk is very helpful and welcoming!

Great location and very nice staff, good breakfast. We were 2 friends traveling together and the second day we asked for a room change and an extra room to be more confortable in the new suites. They were really helpful All rooms had little kitchens, however they are amazingly short on dishware and glasses

Comfortable beds, kitchen available and breakfast was excellent. The gym was also great.

Location, personal. The bed was awesome! It is the 4th time I stay there! Is is just the right balance between comfort and things getting too fancy.

Considering the price range, everything was generally acceptable and good. Location is central, easy walk distance to most touristic locations and safe neighbourhood. Receptionists understand English which is somewhat rare in Brazil.

The location was perfect to be right downtown on Paulista, right around the corner from MASP and a lot of the surrounding downtown neighborhoods

The location is nice and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel is fine you don’t need more, it has all the basics perfectly fine.

the hotel is a little bit old (furniture, interior design, etc) but it has everything you would need for a stay. There is a small kitchen and minibar which was nice
